hey all! well, im would say im sorry for not updating this thing in a couple months, but im really not. a lot has happened since then, but that would be too boring and arduous to get into, so i guess ill just  talk about whatever i feel like, as usual.

so this break has been pretty freakin awesome. i mean, i pretty much just sleep, eat, hang out with friends and family, shop and play music. if that aint the good life, i dont know what is. however, i am beginning to feel the boredom seep in. so, if any of you out there care to give me a call, id love to hear from you and maybe we can even hang out or something. ill be here in GA until the 7th when i go back to utah

im pretty scared of this semester. i have a whole bunch of extremely hard classes that count for a lot of my pre-requites for nursing school. pray for me. very hard. i need it!

anyway, im going to go finish being bored somewhere else on the internet. maybe ebay. we'll see

hello one and all. im sitting here at BYU right now, in a dorm room on a monday night procrastinating doing homework. yay! things here are so different... in a good way mostly. but change is a hard thing overall i think. ive taken the adjustment well, but that doesnt mean easy. right now especially im just missing my friends and my family a lot. people are cool here though. i am surrounded by good examples of studiers, mormons and thinkers, if that makes sense. i thought everyone here would be pretty much the same, but ive been proven wrong. there is such diversity and uniqueness...its pretty cool. im being forced to expand in many directions.

the guy dept. is very interesting here. they actually ask  you out on dates and stuff! i guess i have 2 dates this week... but im not really looking forward to them. i was at first, but idunno.... its just wierd!! hard to explain. i just feel very hesitant to get involved with anyone that could turn into anything more. i really dont think i could handle that and all my school stuff, its just too hard! anyway, speaking of school stuff. time to study

things here are slowing down A LOT. ever since most people left last weekend, i havent hung out with anyone but my family. i mean, thats cool and all since ill be leaving next week and wont see them for about 4 months... but ill try not to think about that.

so today was... very relaxed. i woke up at about 10:45 (which now, pathetically enough, is early for me) i then commenced to watch sit down to breakfast in front of the tube where i stayed for the next hour or so, watching the best episode of MTV's Made that ive ever seen. i mean, i almost got teary eyed at the end it was that good. its the one where the punk rock mean girl gets to be the prom queen. classic.

anyway, after that the sun was bright and it was a beautiful day. so, what better to do than go lay out for 2 hours and read Cold Mountain some more? it was lovely.... sweat dripping everywhere reading about a half starved outlayer of the civil war...rambling again, sorry.

after that i did some more laying around and kinda cleaned the room, halfheartedly. then went to the gym where i worked out, trying to get a ROCK HARD BOD! heck yes!!! pilates, i love you! back at the homestead i washed the week old car chalk off the car ( which took an HOUR) and basically chilled for the rest of the night. it was actually a really wonderful day. ha!

well, so sorry to keep all my nonexistant faithful readers hanging. i havent updated for awhile but that was probably because i was too busy PARTYING! haha! the two weeks without ma and pa were fabulous and fun. and went by so amazingly quickly. i cant give all the yummy details, but just know that it was definately an "experience."

now i am currently trying to ween my mother of me. she is getting very clingy this last little bit before i leave for BYU. most of my friends left this weekend for thier various colleges so now im stuck here by myself with my parents. today me and my mom spent a whole day shopping and running errands and stuff. its the first time we've spent a whole day together for.... weeks probably. it was kind of nice. and i really will miss her a lot, she's great

thank you, thank you one and all. yes, i did pass both of my ap classes. and for anyone who so desires... you have my full permission to bring me an ice cream sunday from McDonalds as a congratulatory prize. dont forget the peanuts.

this week has been like, whoa. crazy. ive had like these random, annoying phases of sickness. a different type each day. tues night began the sore throat from hell, thursday was a stomache virus/ left over man-voice from the sore throat, and friday and today i have an outright cold. i have also had an average of 4-5 hours of sleep every night for the past two weeks. ive never been high, but i think that this is probably pretty close to what it feels like lol.

ah i love the weekend. even if i am sick! im looking forward to the next two weeks and having this house ALL TO MYSELF! my parents will be visiting the scenic west coast and i, well, i will be here. muah hahahahaha. its gonna be a doosy!
